About girls

Girls are hard to deal with. It is a fact. They are higher maintenance, more
emotional and hormonal.
It is even harder when as a parent you are trying to instilled a certain set of values when they see the complete opposite everywhere they go. Clothes are harder to find when you are trying to maintain a modest household. So much peer pressure to conform to
The way everyone else is acting, dressing, talking, carrying themselves.
Don’t get me wrong, I think we are very progressive parents. We encourage our children to find what they are passionate about, to appreciate cultural differences and to love themselves. It is so hard in a society that encourages
One type of beauty, one type of look, one way of being A teen. I love that my kids are not the norm on any single way. We embrace the not normal and we celebrate it. Lord I hope it sticks.
